BarBri Day 16: Crim Pro.
That's "Procedure" not "Professional".

I am so frazzled. On my last nerve. About ready to lay about me with the jawbone of an ass. I don' wanna do this no more.

Tomorrow and the day after are Evidence parts One and Two, lectured by our very own Professor Evidence. After that, I'm going to bail on the rest of the classes. It's all essay stuff that I already have the model answers for, and I really REALLY need the time to practice my MBE questions and practice essay answers... I think my time would be more useful spent doing that while I still have some functional brain cells. Mr. Black is correct in that if my brain is no good, it does no good to even TRY studying.

I am fatigued and bitchy right now.

Imani, I'd love to hear about how your new job is going.

Rather than skipping the rest of the classes, why not skip just a class or two here or there to have some time to refresh. Take the day off completely, but come back ready to work the next day. I know last year you could "make up" a limited amount of lectures online at your own convenience. Also, skipping the remainder of the classes seems to be a huge waste of money.

The new job is going great. Call me after the Bar, and we can talk about it.

As for you missing the rest of the classes, PLEASE DON'T. You can't take the essay parts for granted! You need to know what things you can ignore as you continue to prepare.

Especially attend the class about the MPT. For that part, you need to know how to organize, and they'll teach you how to do it. Once you figure out how to organize, do two for practice under timed conditions, and you should have that part down.

Drink coffee or red bull even. Call-in sick. Go celibate. Do whateva you gotta do to rejuvinate. You still have about a month to go right? Whatever you don't know now, you still have plenty of time to learn it, so JUST STUDY!
